1. Open the Gmail application on your smartphone
2. Open the settings menu
3. Add account.
4. Select Others
5. Enter your domain's complete email address. Example: me@domainname.com
after that click next
6. Select the type of account you want to use. There are two options: Personal (POP3) and Personal (IMAP).

7. After that, enter your domain email password.
8 Go to the Incoming Server Settings menu (Incoming server settings), enter the following parameters:
– Username: Complete email address (example: me@domainname.com)
– Password: Email password
– Server: Your domain name (example: domainname.com)
9. Go to the outgoing server settings menu (Outgoing server settings), enter the following parameters:
– Require sign in/must log in: active
– Username: Complete email address (example: me@domainname.com)
– Password: Email password
– SMTP server: Your domain name (example: domainname.com)
10. Check all options, then Next.
11. Enter your full name. This will appear in the recipient's email.
